The 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) Phase Dates:
Phase 1: 15th-19th April 2025, 9:30-18:00
Phase 2: 23rd-27th April 2025, 9:30-18:00
Phase 3: 1st-5th May 2025, 9:30-18:00

Time for booth dismantling and setup: April 20th to 22nd 2025, April 28th to 30th, 2025.
The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) Phase Dates:
Phase 1: 15th-19th October 2025, 9:30-18:00
Phase 2: 23rd-27th October 2025, 9:30-18:00
Phase 3: 31Oct.-4th Nov. 2025, 9:30-18:00

The online exhibition: the online platform service time is 6 months (From 16 March -15 September 15th, 2025).

 

Exhibitor Registration

Provide below materials if you are intended to apply for your booth:

1.Company Registration Certificate 

Business certificate in English version

Company profile & product profile

Official website

Trademark Registration Certificate

Certificate of Origin or other supporting documents that can prove your company's products were manufactured in countries or regions outside Chinese Mainland

Photos of your company's booth at overseas exhibitions

2.Application Form

Complete the application form & participation provisions of Canton Fair, sign & seal on the last page (please confirm the participation qualification with the Organizer before filling in the application documents).

3.Booth Fee Payment

Notice of Payment will be issued and sent shortly once the exhibitors submit the application documents and approved, along with all the supporting materials mentioned above. Enterprises who pay 100% of exhibition fees will be regarded as qualified to participate in the exhibition. In principal, once the fee paid, there will be no refund.

4.The Easy Exhibitor System Registration 

Visit http://intl.cantonfair.org.cn/#/importLogin and finish the online registration (for new exhibitor). 

5.Preparation for The Exhibition

After the above procedures, your booth is reserved and please begin your preparations for the exhibition.
